Youth & Teen Wellness Program

At New Stone Age Retreat, we recognize the growing pressure young people are facing every day.

From social media and peer pressure to bullying, anxiety, and identity struggles, many pre-teens and teens are carrying more than they know how to process. And too often, they are doing it alone.

Our Youth & Teen Wellness Program is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where young people can learn how to understand their emotions, manage stress, and feel more grounded in who they are.

This is prevention. This is support. This is a place where they can breathe.

A Space That Could Make a Difference

A space where they can pause, learn, and begin to feel okay again.

If your child is struggling, or if you are a teen looking for support, you are not alone.
We are here.
