Who we are
At New Stone Age Retreats, we’re more than a nonprofit—we’re a response to the growing number of people quietly struggling with emotional overwhelm, spiritual crisis, burnout, and grief. We exist to hold space for those moments when the world feels like too much—and to offer grounding, guidance, and healing in a way that feels human, accessible, and real.
Born from lived experience and built by a family who’s walked through trauma, awakening, and everything in between, NSAR is a bridge between mental health and spiritual wellness. We serve individuals navigating life’s hardest moments with compassion-first, trauma-informed tools, rooted in mindfulness, ancient wisdom, and modern care.
Our programs—ranging from virtual workshops and healing kits to spiritual services and upcoming retreats—are designed to meet people where they are. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. We believe in real support, practical tools, and spaces where you don’t have to pretend to be okay.
We’re also deeply committed to sustainability, earth-connected practices, and making healing accessible to all—regardless of background, income, or identity. Whether you’re in the middle of a breakdown, questioning everything, or simply looking for peace, we’re here.
In 2025, New Stone Age Retreat was granted official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, affirming our commitment to public service, transparency, and a future rooted in impact.
This isn’t just an organization.
It’s a movement.
And if something here speaks to you—you’re already part of it.
