Why This Retreat

The holidays promise wonder. Life delivers overwhelm. Family dynamics, financial pressure, and packed schedules leave many of us stepping into January exhausted and off-center.

Return to Center is your pause button. It is two intentional days to release what has weighed you down, restore your energy, and cross the threshold into the new year with clarity and peace.

 What You Will Experience

Across two immersive days you will be guided by facilitators in practices that calm the nervous system and clear inner clutter.

  • Releasing rituals to let go of stress, heaviness, and old stories

  • Embodiment sessions with movement, breathwork, and sound

  • Creative ceremonies that turn reflection into renewal

  • Visioning and manifestation anchored in the Phoenix Rising framework

  • Guided journaling and reflection prompts

  • Community sharing circles inside a protected, private space

  • Closing blessing so you leave centered and ready for what is next

This is a rare blend of spirituality, psychology, and somatic practice. It is designed to give you back your center when the world pulls you apart.

A Gift For Participants: The Phoenix Box

Everyone who participates in the retreat will be entered to receive a Phoenix Box.
The Phoenix Box is a tangible extension of this experience. It is curated to support renewal, daily grounding, and gentle follow-through after the retreat ends. Think of it as a companion for the season ahead, created to remind you that rebirth is not a concept. It is a practice.

Make sure you are in the circle to be included.

  • You are tired of quick fixes and want grounded tools that actually help
