Pop-Up Retreats
Our Pop-Up Retreats are immersive experiences designed to help you step away from daily stress, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, grounded environment.
Held in peaceful, nature-centered locations, each retreat offers a blend of mindfulness, emotional wellness practices, and intentional rest. Until our permanent retreat center, The Garden of Pink Tourmaline, is established, these retreats allow us to bring the experience to you—creating meaningful spaces for connection, clarity, and renewal.
Who These Retreats Are For
These retreats are for individuals who need space to pause, reset, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply need time away to breathe, you are welcome here.
You don’t need experience with mindfulness. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.
