Our Caregiver Support Program is a dedicated space for those who are caring for others while trying to hold themselves together. Whether you’re a parent, supporting a loved one with mental health challenges, caring for aging family members, or simply the one everyone relies on, this program is for you.

What This Program Offers

Our caregiver program is designed to provide real relief, emotional support, and practical tools to help you navigate the demands of caregiving without losing yourself in the process.

    Small, guided group sessions where caregivers can speak openly, feel heard, and connect with others who understand. No pressure, no fixing—just space to be real.

  • Burnout Recovery Sessions
    Focused sessions that help you recognize signs of burnout, release accumulated stress, and begin restoring your energy in a sustainable way.

  • Emotional Regulation Tools
    Simple, practical techniques to help you manage overwhelm, reduce reactivity, and stay grounded during difficult moments.

  • Boundaries & Self-Preservation
    Guidance on how to set healthy boundaries, protect your energy, and shift out of survival mode without guilt.

    Short, accessible practices designed specifically for caregivers—helping you reset, even in the middle of a busy day.

Join live virtual support sessions from wherever you are, or attend in-person community circles when available
